Hello, my name is Elen, and I am the founder of 7% Sweetness.

 

Baking has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I love the way that desserts can bring people together and make them happy.

After years of dreaming about it, I finally decided to take a chance and start my own dessert shop. It was scary at first, and there were times when I doubted myself, but I knew that I had to follow my heart and pursue my passion.
